This article is spot on. Often times we think Underwriters simply don’t want to help us write business and force us to dig deeper and go back to our insured for follow-up information. At first, I thought this to be rather cumbersome and irritating. I simply wanted to close business. It wasn’t until I found an educated, professional, and remarkable Underwriter. She has educated me and taught me how to see risk in a completely different manner. I have learned so much from that I don’t think I could ever leave her. My Underwriter is the biggest asset on my team.
