Arrowhead庐 General Insurance Agency of Texas Inc. has named Jay Wagoner executive vice president of its commercial division. Based in San Antonio, Wagoner will be responsible for establishing Arrowhead in the Texas commercial insurance market. With 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, Wagoner most recently served as senior vice president and San Antonio branch manager for Deep South Surplus.
