Greenhill & Co. Inc., an independent investment bank, has hired Matthew Morris in New York as a managing director and head of Insurance Corporate Advisory.
Morris has 21 years of investment banking experience focused on the insurance industry. Most recently, he served as a managing director at Willis Towers Watson Securities, a specialized investment banking boutique focused exclusively on the insurance industry that is a unit of Willis Towers Watson.
Prior to that, he was a managing director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he spent 12 years. He began his career with Ernst & Young.
