Philadelphia Insurance Companies said it has been able to restore limited network access as it continues to deal with a network outage that has affected operations since June 9.
“Employees across the country are beginning to regain access to key systems, including email. However, we are still in the early stages of restoring full operations, and completing this process will take time,” the insurer reported on June 17.
Philadelphia Insurance said it disconnected its systems to contain the threat from suspicious activity it detected on June 9.
Phone, email, and online applications have been affected by the outages.
Philadelphia Insurance policyholders who need to initiate a claim can call 800 765-9749 (option #3).
Erie policyholders who need to initiate a claim can contact their local agent or call 800 367-3743. Customer service is also available at 800 458-0811.
