Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings Limited and Sirius International Insurance Corporation announced from Bermuda that they “are delighted to have established an agreement to underwrite Aviation Reinsurance.”
The announcement said Mario Montelatici of the Sirius Zurich office will underwrite Excess of Loss Aviation reinsurance business on behalf of Flagstone Reinsurance with immediate effect.
Flagstone Re completed its formation earlier this year (See IJ Website Feb. 28).
Sirius is a wholly owned subsidiary of the White Mountains reinsurance group.
