London-based broker Miller Insurance announced that it is “expanding its successful Corporate Risks team and reinforcing its client service capabilities with the appointment of Mark Hicks from Marsh.”
He will hold the position of Head of Client Management, “responsible for ensuring that Miller continues to maintain and enhance the high standards of service it provides to corporate clients. He will also be working closely with the rest of the Corporate Risks team to build upon its rapid growth.”
Hicks has over 22 years’ experience, including 16 years with Marsh, in the fields of global client servicing, client management and account co-ordination working with large global organizations. He has held senior positions within Marsh’s Risk Management Practice with responsibility for major accounts. His most recent role was as Head of Marsh’s London City Office within their National Division. He also spent six years as a Non-Executive Director for a major NHS Hospital Trust and chaired both the Clinical Governance and Finance Committees.
