The National Association of Independent Insurers (NAII), in conjunction with insurers and OSHA, is hosting a series of workshops in Wisconsin focusing on workplace safety for small businesses.
Safety at Work I: Risk Management Techniques for Small Business is the first in a series of four workshops for small business owners or managers and is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 22, at the Holiday Inn Madison-East. Topics include:
1. Why is safety important to your bottom line;
2. Free safety resources to help you;
3. Integrating safety into your business plan;
4. Elements of a safety and health program;
