Mequon, Wis.-based benefits provider FlexBen Corp. announced it is changing its name and expanding its offerings. The company’s new name is , reflecting its new emphasis on “human capital” in the Milwaukee-area firm’s clients.
Since its inception in 1987, the company has used brokers and consultants as its primary source of marketing distribution. The company said works with seven out of 10 of the country’s top brokerage firms and hundreds of mid-and large-size firms in Wisconsin and throughout the country.
The company also has offices in Chicago, San Francisco, Atlanta and Philadelphia. New offices in Denver, Los Angeles and North Carolina are planned for 2005.
