The Michigan Office of Financial and Insurance Services announced that the is now available online.
“Consumers can often save hundreds of dollars by simply picking up the phone and comparing insurance rates,” said Linda Watters, OFIS commissioner. “To make this process easier, we’ve developed new worksheets that consumers can use as they shop for the best deal on home insurance.”
The guide contains the results of an annual rate survey of insurers offering home, rental and condominium insurance in different areas of the state.
