Amerisure Mutual Insurance Co., based in Farmington Hills, Mich., has promoted Angela McBride to chief administrative officer and Shawn O’Rourke to chief technology officer.
Both report to Greg Crabb, president and CEO of Amerisure.
McBride assumes responsibility of corporate services, human resources, internal audit, office of legal counsel and strategic process design and controls. She has been with the company since 2010 and recently served as vice president of human resources and vice president of internal audit.
O’Rourke previously was vice president of information technology (IT). He will continue overseeing Amerisure’s IT department with accountability for all technology solutions, including application development and services, architecture, infrastructure and security. He has been with Amerisure since 2010.
