Genesys Conferencing, the world’s leading conferencing specialist, announced a strategic relationship with the Property Loss Research Bureau (PLRB) and ClaimsGate.com, PLRB’s online claims marketplace available exclusively to its 900 insurance company members and others in the claim resolution business.
The agreement calls for Genesys Conferencing to be Claimsgate.com’s exclusive group communications partner, making reservation-less audio and web conferencing services available to users of ClaimsGate. Claims service providers, such as independent adjusters, lawyers, roofers, restoration and building contractors, and others that work in the $80-billion claims marketplace now have a place to market their services and directly communicate with two thirds of the property and casualty insurance industry.
Genesys Conferencing has established its advanced technology in 16 countries throughout Europe, Asia-Pacific and the United States.
The Property Loss Research Bureau is a not-for-profit, national association at the leading edge of claims resolution. Formed in 1947, it is owned by and operated exclusively for insurance companies and underwriting organizations with a vested interest in the products and services PLRB provides and continues to develop. PLRB members include stock companies, mutuals, reciprocals, and joint residual mechanisms such as FAIR plans. They write commercial lines, personal lines or specialty lines exclusively, or in combination. They include giant national companies, mid-sized companies and regional organizations with diverse interests and operating philosophies.
