PLUS has changed its Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) program to computer-based testing for ease of use and to diversify the program. PLUS has contracted with Prometric (affiliated with Sylvan Learning) to provide the facilities and administration for the new computer-based testing program.
Computer-based testing affords more students the ability to participate in the program and get the RPLU designation due to its vast testing availability, numerous and convenient locations and ease of registration. In addition, due to accessibility, the RPLU program can now be used more easily as a training tool for corporations who have employees that need training in or a refresher course on certain areas of professional liability.
The RPLU program is a professional designation overviewing the five-part disciplines in professional liability. The RPLU is a recommended program for all professionals active in the field of professional liability.
