From its Ohio office, NSM is targeting tough classes of trade and artisan contractors with a program that combines the key coverages these residential and commercial contractors need.
The program, named Total Residential and Commercial Trades, or TRACT, is targeting the tough classes, including roofers, excavators/land graders, landscapers, concrete, electrical, HVAC, underground utilities, underground water and sewer mains, and insulation, streets and roads, and spa/pool construction.
“The insurance landscape in the United States is rapidly changing for trade and artisan contractors,” said Paul Norman, chief executive officer of NSM Insurance Group, in announcing the program.
Highlights of the TRACT program coverages, available through an “A” rated carrier, include:

$2,500 Minimum Property Damage Deductible, Per Occurrence
Blanket Additional Insured, full products/completed ops available
