AI Risk Specialists Insurance, Inc., a brokerage subsidiary of American International Group, Inc., has unveiled LexExpress, excess auto liability insurance for small to medium sized fleets in the trucking industry.
It is designed to provide limits of $1,000,000 in excess of a $1,000,000 primary placement. In addition to the standard excess auto liability coverage, the policy provides ancillary coverages such as pollution and accident and health coverage.
AI Risk can address the exposures of long and short haul truckers, flat bed haulers, dry bulk garbage, mix-in-transit, and moving and storage.
Policies can be quoted and bound online.
LexExpress is underwritten on a non-admitted basis by Lexington Insurance Co. as part of the AIG Transportation Solutions practice, and is available in all states except Alabama, Delaware, Louisiana, New York City and New Jersey.
