Program details include: $700 minimum premium for $1 million per occurrence limit; $250 minimum deductible; admitted carrier, “B+” rated by A.M. Best; 24-hour quote turnaround time; streamlined underwriting process; start up operations are OK; no prior coverage is OK; ISO Policy Form (12/04 edition).
The program is administered by contractor insurance specialists and is ideal for small commercial/residential artisan contractors. Premium financing is available.
In addition to general liability, A.D. Carlton Insurance handles contractor’s equipment, property, installation, builder’s risk and umbrella/excess.
