General agency Warner Pacific said it has acquired five general agencies from broker and fintech specialist, Acrisure, effective Dec. 1 2024.
Financial terms were not disclosed. Westlake Village, California-based Warner Pacific’s Jan. 7 announcement said it will provide general agency support to Acrisure’s North American retail business while also gaining access to distribute Acrisure’s wholesale product suite across its broker network.
The five Acrisure General Agencies moving under Warner Pacific include:
- Employee Benefit Risk Management – Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Oak Brook, Illinois.
- Group Benefit LTD – Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Urbandale, Iowa.
- Professional Group Marketing – Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Brewster, New York.
- National United Brokers – Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Westerville, Ohio.
- Mature Health Services – Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Palatine, Illinois.
“Today marks an exciting milestone for Warner Pacific as we take another step toward becoming the leading wholesale benefits distributor across the US,” said Dave Nelson, co-CEO of Warner Pacific.
Acrisure’s Seth Denson, global head of benefits, life & health, said alliance with Warner Pacific “unlocks yet another layer of unique and extraordinary value for small and medium enterprise (SME) businesses.”
