You must be a current employee of the agency you nominate.
Agencies must receive a minimum number of employee responses, based on agency size, to be eligible.
All individual responses are confidential.

Retail insurance agencies of all sizes are eligible. Winning agencies will be featured in an upcoming issue of Insurance Journal.
