The Independent Agents of Oklahoma invites agencies to send their whole office staff to a half-day workshop, “Teamwork and Tangos鈥t Takes Two.” The workshop, to be held Feb. 18 from 1-5 p.m. at the IIAOK Conference Center, will explore how offices can work with conflicts and different personality types to create a true team.
IIAOK says the workshop will be active, hands on, and most of all, fun. Among other things, attendees will learn to:
路 To know when to ask for help and when not to;
路 Get comfortable with volunteering when there’s a need;
路 Be sensitive to the thoughts, ideas and opinions of everyone in the office;
路 Respect everyone’s individuality and uniqueness; and
路 Resolve conflicts.
