Austin, Texas-based Combined Agents of America (CAA) announced that one of its 30 members, has returned to its original name after an agency partner sold its interest to Brown and Brown.
Walthall, Sachse & Pipes was founded in 1973 and joined in partnership with Bailey Gosling to form Gosling & Sachse in 1998. Recently Bailey Gosling sold its interest to Brown & Brown.
Walthall, Sachse & Pipes remains locally owned and operated in San Antonio with 23 employees. Its original partners also remain, including James Sachse, CFO and president; Michael Sachse, CEO and vice president; and Randy Bristow, vice president.
Walthall, Sachse & Pipes will continue to provide a full line of commercial, personal, bonds, life and health insurance. It remains committed to satisfying its customers by matching their individual needs for protection with the appropriate insurance product.
