Southwestern Insurance Information Service (SIIS) announced that its Public Policy Forum, “A Preview of the 2005 Texas Legislative Session,” will now offer two hours of Continuing Legal Education credits from The State Bar of Texas. The Forum will be held in Dallas on Dec. 8.
“The panel of presenters for this event will be discussing a number of legislative issues including an overview of expected legislative initiatives which should interest the legal community,” said Sandra Ray, public affairs director for SIIS. “Quite often the audiences for these Forums is equally divided among insurers and attorneys,”
“This biennial SIIS event has also been approved for two hours of Continuing Education credits by the Texas Department of Insurance,” she added.
