Jeanette Ward, president and CEO of Texas Mutual Insurance Company, has been elected as one of the insurer members on the National Council on Compensation Insurance 2025 Board of Directors. NCCI provides a comprehensive source for workers’ compensation data, insights and solutions.
“I’m honored to serve on the NCCI Board of Directors and contribute to the organization’s vital role in shaping a data-driven and equitable workers’ compensation system,” said Ward. “NCCI’s work to analyze trends, recommend actuarially appropriate rates and maintain the workers’ compensation infrastructure is essential to maintaining a fair and sustainable system. I look forward to supporting this mission and bringing Texas Mutual‘s perspective to the national conversation.”
Ward was named president and CEO of Texas Mutual in 2023. As CEO, she oversees strategic direction and operations.
Ward is one of two new insurer members elected to the board of directors, joining Jeffrey Lange, senior vice president, COO, Old Republic.
