Santa Ana, Calif.-headquartered InsureTrade.com announced the signing of Shared Agency Services LLC, a cooperative venture based in Tucker, Ga., and owned by 56 independent agents. The partnership is seen as a win-win by both companies.
According to InsureTrade Founder and Chairman Jeff Snider, InsureTrade will help S.A.S. achieve the efficiencies in communications and transactional processing needed to keep their coverage and service rates competitive, while S.A.S. will help InsureTrade achieve the critical mass needed to keep its subscription rates competitive.
With close to 90 office locations throughout Georgia, S.A.S. delivers a wide variety of insurance products at affordable rates. The owner/agents write more than $350 million in combined premiums for 100,000+ personal and commercial clients, and the premium is written with roughly 100 different insurance companies.
InsureTrade.com is a subscription-based, Internet communication infrastructure that facilitates p/c transactions. The company connects all parties involved by linking agencies and carriers directly, securely, and efficiently. InsureTrade is a member of the IIAA’s Agents Council on Technology.
