Greg Davidian, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Dodge, Warren & Peters recently announced that as part of their business plan for 2001, they have moved to new corporate offices in the Figueroa Towers in downtown Los Angeles. This marks the sixth office for the fast-growing brokerage firm.
The new address for Dodge, Warren & Peters corporate headquarters is Figueroa Towers, 660 South Figueroa Street, Ste. 2000, Los Angeles, CA 90017. Phone is (213) 627-9203. Fax is (213) 627-9339.
“Consolidating our corporate resources in one facility makes it easier for us as a whole,” Davidian stated. “As the industry continues to challenge us, our core management group will be situated in one hub facility. This additional office will not only make us more accessible to our clients, but its central location gives us more leverage to progress to a more national scope.”
The new downtown corporate offices will house the corporate officers: CEO, CFO and some executive vice presidents. Accounting, human resources and administration management will also relocate to the larger L.A. headquarters. The branch offices will remain in Torrance, Woodland Hills, Orange, Ontario and Fremont. DW&P’s Special Programs Division will remain in Orange.
