Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced the acquisition of National Insurance Professionals Corporation of Poulsbo, Washington.
Founded in 1976, National Insurance Professionals Corporation is an insurance wholesaler and program manager specializing in property/ casualty placements on behalf of independent agents and brokers throughout the United States. The company manages specialized programs for social service agencies, lawyers, dentists, public entities, directors and officers, and bicycle manufacturers and distributors.
Thomas Downs, William Reese, Barry Clipsham, William Johnson and their staff will continue to operate in their current location under the direction of Joel Cavaness, president of Risk Placement Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.
