Los Angeles Worldwide Facilities Inc. is offering is a new residential construction program in California. Designed for spec home builders, custom home builders, and remodelers, the new program will be supported through a “A+” XV approved surplus lines facility on a 2004 ISO commercial general liability occurrence form. Project-specific policies are also available.
Target business classes include developers with up to 10 new housing starts per year and up to five homes in any one development. The program is not open for new ventures, and a minimum of five years in operation is required. Prior tract or condo jobs are acceptable, but prior work will be excluded.
Limits of up to $1 million /$2 million /$2 million are available. The program’s minimum premium is $25,000, and the minimum deductible is $5,000.
Worldwide Facilities is accepting submissions for business effective Aug. 1, 2006.
