Susan Lynch has been promoted to manager of California State Compensation Insurance Fund’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in Human Resources. EAP helps State Fund employees address personal issues and maintain quality job performance.
Lynch joined State Fund in 1987 as a claims adjuster in the Santa Ana, Calif., District Office. In 1993, she transferred her skills to the Fraud Investigation Program, where she was influential in developing the department’s basic training program. In 1994 she was named senior workers’ compensation claims adjuster for state contract services in the Commerce, Calif., office. In 2002, she was named associate personnel analyst for EAP in San Francisco.
