Tropical cyclones include tropical depressions, tropical storms and hurricanes.
The Honolulu-based center and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s 国产一福利 Prediction Center came up with a forecast calling for an 80 percent chance of a near- or below-normal season. The outlook also indicates a 20 percent chance of an above-normal season.
