Alteris Inc. and California-based specialty insurance program administrator Tangram Insurance Services are introducing a commercial janitorial package program to be available in four western states.
Alteris’ commercial programs division, headed by Vice President Jackie Bourret, will provide program management oversight for the janitorial services program.
Tangram has provided property and casualty insurance products for its janitorial program in California since 2006. It is expanding marketing efforts to Arizona, Nevada and Oregon initially, and later to commercial building service industry providers.
Alteris, the newest member of Argo Group International Holdings Ltd., provides products for specialty programs and alternative risks nationwide.
Tangram’s janitorial program will be administered from its Petaluma, Calif., headquarters. Its portfolio of coverages, which will be issued by Argonaut Insurance Co., includes general liability, property, inland marine, auto, crime, and excess/umbrella.
