Poms & Associates Insurance Brokers Inc. named Daniel Foley and Carol Hotubbee to vice president posts in the Albuquerque, N.M. office.
Foley will serve as vice president. Hotubbee will serve as vice president of new business development.
Foley has more than 15 years of experience in property/casualty and employee benefits, and has a book of business that includes governmental entities, construction, high tech, manufacturing and oil and gas exploration. Prior to joining Poms, he was a sales manager and producer at Daniels Insurance. Foley served on the executive committee of the National Conference of Insurance Legislators for more than four years, and in the New Mexico Legislature for 10 years.
Hotubbee has more than 30 years of experience. Prior to joining the firm, Hotubbee was the founder and CEO of The Upgrade Place. She also co-founded and sold several entrepreneurial startups in diverse fields.
Poms has offices in California, Colorado, New Mexico and Washington.
