The Billings Gazette reported 34-year-old Summer Breeze Merrill also is charged with three counts of felony child endangerment. She made an initial appearance in Yellowstone County Justice Court on Friday, where bail was set at $20,000. She is scheduled to appear in District Court on Thursday.
