Arizona-based Lovitt & Touch茅 has named Magdalena Osborn vice president and general counsel.
Osborn will oversee the firm’s strategic and tactical legal activities, and assist with operational strategies and initiatives.
Osborn was formerly with Rusing, Lopez & Lizardi.
