Santa Rosa, Calif.-based George Petersen Insurance Agency has completed the rebranding of its Marin County agencies.
Minto & Wilkie was acquired by George Petersen in February 2017 and Allen, Bettini & Carter was purchased in November 2017. Since April of 2018 the two agencies have operated under separate names at their shared location in San Rafael.
The name change is the last step in fully unifying the three agencies.
Allen, Bettini & Carter serving Marin County since 1925 and Minto & Wilkie’s 100-year legacy in San Rafael, will be under the George Petersen name.
George Petersen focuses in commercial insurance, employee benefits and personal insurance products.
