Montoya Joins Liberty Naranjo as VP, Producer
The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers (Liberty), headquartered in Gainesville, Florida, named Brittany Montoya vice president and producer at Liberty Naranjo, Liberty’s high-growth Northern California office led by Managing Partners Jonathan Naranjo and Michael Naranjo. Based in Las Vegas, she is focused on providing comprehensive commercial insurance strategies for homeowner and condominium associations (HOAs/COAs).
Montoya began her career managing HOAs firsthand, quickly ascending from community manager to regional director and ultimately vice president. Prior to joining Liberty, she served as vice president, producer at USI Insurance Services.
Alliant Human Capital Names Chalmers SVP
Alliant Human Capital, headquartered in Irvine, California, appointed Mike Chalmers as senior vice president and director of total rewards consulting. Chalmers will drive the expansion and innovation of Alliant Human Capital, a division of Alliant Insurance Services, enhancing the employee benefits group’s capabilities.
Chalmers led major initiatives at multiple Fortune 500 companies, advised private and public firms and delivered strategic solutions across industries. He most recently served as senior vice president, compensation and total rewards practice at Lockton and previously served as principal, career practice leader / midwest region leader at Buck. His expertise spans M&A integration, international expansion, restructuring, and organizational design.
