Delos Appoints Schween CTO

Delos Insurance Solutions has appointed Brian Schween to the role of chief technology officer.

Schween has extensive technology experience in the insurance industry, having had several C-level roles in a variety of organizations.

Currently operating in the surplus lines market, Delos is headquartered in San Francisco, California. The firm is a science-driven, property insurance MGA.

XPT Specialty Names McEachern VP, Commercial Underwriter/Broker

Ryan McEachern joined XPT Specialty as vice president, commercial underwriter/broker in its Woodland Hills, California office.

McEachern has more than seven years of E&S underwriting experience, joining XPT from Burns & Wilcox, where he served as an underwriter in the Woodland Hills market. Prior to his insurance career, he spent nearly seven years as a private client banker at JPMorgan Chase.

McEachern will partner with retail agents on hard-to-place and non-standard commercial accounts. His focus spans the range of E&S submissions, from accounts that need a specialty market solution to complex commercial risks outside the admitted market.

Legner Joins Trucordia as Agriculture Platform Senior VP

Trucordia hired Tom Legner as senior vice president of the company’s agriculture platform.

Legner has more than 25 years of experience across agriculture, commodity markets and crop insurance. Before joining Trucordia, Legner spent more than a decade with Silveus Insurance Group, where he supported producers across the country. He also spent more than 10 years at Cargill in producer-facing and leadership roles.

Trucordia is headquartered in Lindon, Utah.
