Ward Joins Venbrook as CFO
Venbrook Group LLC named Kenneth W. Ward chief financial officer.
Ward specializes in operational efficiency, cost-cutting initiatives and growth. He has worked across a variety of industries and most recently held the CFO role at Centerline Communications LLC. Before that, he was CFO at National Parts Warehouse. He will be based in Milton, Georgia.
Venbrook is headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
Lesmann Joins Crest as Broker
Derek Lesmann joined Crest Insurance Group as a broker in the Denver employee benefits division.
As an employee benefits consultant, he partners with organizations to develop benefits services. Lesmann most recently was an employee benefits producer at USI and previously served as lead appraisal coordinator at Universal Lending.

Lundquist Joins Alliant’s Benefits West Team
Mike Lundquist joined Alliant Insurance Services as vice president within its employee benefits group.
Based in Utah, Lundquist focuses on helping organizations manage healthcare costs, enhance offerings and develop strategies to attract and retain talent. His experience spans a variety of industries, including organizations in the outdoor and recreation sector. Prior to joining Alliant, Lundquist was a senior benefits consultant with a national insurance and employee benefits consulting firm.
