New Berlin, Wis.-based United Heartland has promoted Jane Ische to director of Claim Strategy and Lee Zubek to director of Field Claims.
Ische has served in a variety of positions with United Heartland during the past 15 years, including her most recent position as manager of Claim Operations.
As director of Claim Strategy, Ische is responsible for creating a competitive advantage for United Heartland by the implementation of a client service/management strategy. She will also continue to focus on the training and quality initiatives.
Zubek has served as regional claims manager for the company for the past year. She has 33 years of experience in the insurance industry, with an emphasis in claims and specializing in workers compensation insurance.
As director of Field Claims, Zubek is responsible for managing the core claims handling in the New Berlin, Wis., office of United Heartland.
