Travelers Property Casualty is now providing its independent agents with online, real-time information on the opening and closing of small business and personal claims.
Electronic Claim Notification, or ECN, allows agents to receive online notification of opened and closed claims for auto, property, and liability claims – providing real-time access to claim information.
“Travelers is dedicated to providing workflow solutions to agents that help them grow their businesses profitably,” Brian MacLean, executive vice president of Claims Services for Travelers. “Electronic claims notification provides another tool that frees up time in an agency for other aspects of sales and service for their customers.”
Among the functions ECN provides agencies are:
Viewing the details of newly-reported and closed claims directly from a claim roster; Receiving financial information for claims; Managing content with various sorting, summarizing, and printing tools.
